Fantastic! A bunch of morons with little knowledge of the US Constitution have prevented someone, not sure who, King Charles? from becoming a king here in the US. It worked! No kings!

And just where does all this knowledge come from? Were you there? Did you have a meaningful conversation with the protesters? Aren’t you curious as to why over 8 million people decided to spend their Saturday at a protest? Your first approach is to attack people that think differently than you? To call them morons? Your lack of curiosity combined with the caustic attitude doesn’t help you sound informed.
There are Democrat politicians that are just as much to blame for the tilted balance of economic power and inequality we have in this country, but not every Democrat is the embodiment of evil that FOX News (and all right-wing media) would have you think. On the contrary, we are your neighbors. We would help you in an emergency. We care about our town and each other. We are not willing to be turned into your enemy when we most certainly are not. The only enemy right now is the one that is systemically dismantling our governance. Did we need changes? Yes, by all means, but those changes have much more to do with controlling how money flows through Congress than anything else. They have you hating us just so you won’t notice they’re lining their pockets as they erode our freedoms.
I want to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Thank YOU for spending your time trying to help our Country. I very much wanted to join in and march/protest against the orange idiot – but I’m 76 and I have painful arthritis. *Sigh* Not easy getting old. I’m proud because when I was younger, when I had no aches and pains, I was able to protest the Viet Nam war. I was able to march for Civil Rights and Women’s Rights. I was very active in the late 60s into the 70s – I am proud to say we were able to get Tricky Dick Nixon out of office! Now we have to get this current idiot out of office! I am still wondering WHY so many people voted for such a creep. I asked my 82 year old neighbor & she said “Lynda I’m a Conservative. I wouldn’t vote for the woman because she slept her way to the top.” I wanted to argue with her, but she has high blood pressure & I didn’t want to upset her. But I was upset and angry. I hate when women talk about other women like that. It’s disgusting! We should be cheering each other on not knocking each other down!!! Our Country would be in much better shape if a woman was in charge!

Dear Lynda. it never ceases to amaze me how left-wing lunatics project everything they’re doing onto the conservatives. Plenty of news people have been on the street and interviewed many of the so-called “protesters” and most of the time they don’t even know what they’re protesting against. There is also a lot of evidence they are being paid by the Soros organization to be there—really odd that the majority of the protesters leave after a set time, e.g., a couple hours. The real problem is the left-wing, including all the politicians in both houses of Congress, have nothing to offer, no solutions, just hatred of Trump and conservatives. At some of the protests, people were calling for gun violence toward ICE officers. Really strange they never called for that against Obama’s ICE agents who did exactly the same thing ICE is doing today, and Obama deported over 3 million, Trump has only deported 400,000 so far.
As far as news media having anyone hating the other side, you certainly watch CNN and MSNBC where people like the brain-dead Robert DeNiro calls Stephen Miller a Nazi, where many regular commentators, and other public figures, members of congress as well, have called Trump and anyone who supports him, Nazis, racists, misogynists, fascists, and so on, and have implied, often blatantly, that the left should do whatever it takes to stop Trump, inferring violence if necessary. You cannot deny these facts. But, I challenge you to give me proof of any newscasters or GOP members of congress calling for violence against the left, even the violent protesters. Consider that all f the violence in recent years has come from the left: assassinations, rioting and looting, burning and vandalizing Teslas (the darling car of the left), a school shooting by a radicalized trans person, and so on. We have a lot more to fear from you than you do from us.
I watch CNN and I get the NY Times and keep up on what is going on, do you watch anything on Fox News channel? I suspect not. Watch Hannity some night. I was a life-long progressive independent that always voted Democrat. I marched with Cesar Chavez for UFW rights. Chavez, by the way, was vehemently against illegal migration as it worsened conditions and lowered pay for all farmworkers). So, don’t for a moment think I am brain washed—I think, I make informed decisions, and policy is more important than personality, for the most part.
Trump is not a king, he is not interested in being a king; he works long hours every day trying to solve the myriad problems your friends on the left, especially Biden/Harris, have created. No one, not even his supporters, would ever condone Trump or anyone in his sphere, trying to become a dictator or king. We are people too. We are neighbors and business owners, professionals, parents, grandparents, and people who would stop to help you on the side of the road.
And in conclusion, can any of you explain, in detail, how it is you are helping to save our country and from what you are saving it?

But to Lynda:
Can you seriously think that Kamala Harris would have made a good president? Do you seriously think she is capable of engaging with world leaders like Putin or Zelenskyy? Would she have been able to help bring the hostages home from Hamas? Would she have stopped the war between India and Pakistan, two nuclear powers? Would she have stopped the flow of unvetted, illegal migrants into our country—and let’s be clear, the people who came into the country illegally broke our laws and there is no justification for that. As the so-called border czar she only visited the border once in four years. Neither you nor I can enter Mexico or Canada illegally without some serious consequences. What exactly did she do over the 4 years she was VP? And she wasn’t voted for in the 2024 primaries; your DNC dictators installed her as the candidate with absolutely no approval of the democrat voters. And 1½ billion dollars couldn’t save her.
I don’t know, nor do I think Kamala slept her way to the top, but she surely didn’t earn the VP position—she was at the very bottom of the polls prior to the 2020 election, and oddly enough, Biden wasn’t very far ahead of her. We shouldn’t be cheering anyone on just because they’re a woman, an African American, an Hispanic, an Asian, an Eskimo, nor a white man. Everyone should be judged on their merit and hired or promoted mainly on merit. Everyone should be given an equal opportunity, but that cannot guarantee an equal outcome, which would weaken the fabric of our society. Like in the movie Idiocracy.
At this point I’m embarrassed to say I voted for Biden in 2020, and it was a huge disappointment.
